After months and months of negotiations we have new shareholders for Telecom Italia.
The company Telco S.p.A. has 23.595% of shares of Telecom Italia.
Telco S.p.A. is:
- Telefonica S.A. 42.3%
- Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. 28.1%
- Intesa San Paolo S.p.A. 10.6%
- Mediobanca S.p.A. 10.6%
- Sintonia S.A. (Benetton) 8.4%
